The IC660TBD025 Terminal Assembly belongs to GE Fanuc Genius I/O series of products. It is used for the field wiring of the I/O block that it is connected to. It has a compact and durable design. It is meant to be installed between the IC660BBD025 I/O Block and IC660EBD025 Electronics Assembly in the system. The IC660TBD025 Terminal Assembly also performs the backplane communication and module mounting functions for the system. This module expands the I/O capabilities within the applications that it handles. Its terminals ensure that there is efficient electrical contact with wires and conductors and a perfect mechanical clamp. It is supplied with all the required accessories, tools, and components to make the installation and maintenance processes easy.

 

The IC660TBD025 Terminal Assembly consists of screw-type terminals. It is recommended to avoid applying more than 5.25 Volts to the +5 Volts terminals of the module. The field device connections are done by using Terminals 5 through 32. If the field device must be configured to a sink block, one wire of the field device must be connected to one of the terminals numbered between 10 and 41 and the other wire can be connected to the DC power. The storage temperature range of the IC660TBD025 Terminal Assembly is -40 to 100 degrees Celsius. It is advised to avoid touching the connector pins of the terminal assembly since they may cause electric shock. It is compatible with the IC660BBD025 I/O Block and IC660EBD025 Electronics Assembly. The compatible electronics assembly must have the same ratings as the terminal assembly, including the voltage, number of circuits, and wiring configuration. This terminal assembly module is a distribution terminal board that expands the field wiring within the panel.
